Paterson Habitat for Humanity

Jerry Flach is the Chief Community Programs Officer at Paterson Habitat for Humanity where she leads the design development, integration and implementation of Paterson Habitat’s grant, neighborhood revitalization and green building programs. Jerry is a Project Management Professional with over 25 years of hands-on program management and business analysis experience, transforming processes, innovating solutions and delivering value for leading financial services and nonprofit organizations. She has long-standing external service partnerships including advancing programs for the Project Management Institute NJ Chapter and serves on Local Planning Boards to drive sustainability goals. She is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute and has an MBA from William Paterson University where she also currently teaches nonprofit and project management.
