From mixed-use development to automated warehouse centers, parking demands have changed over the last several decades – most zoning ordinances have not and too many developments require relief or a prolonged search for some relevant standard in the code. Panelists will discuss a variety of experiences related to parking demand, parking supply and parking requirements for various types of developments, and will provide guidance and supporting materials for practicing planners.
